Refund Policy

You can return items purchased from our store within 14 days of the receipt date.

Return Period

To be eligible for a return:

a) The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

b) The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

c) You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

a) Personalized or customized products.

b) Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

c) Sale items or promotional products.

d) Intimate or sanitary goods.

Return Conditions

a) Contact our customer service via info@asknursealice.com to initiate a return.

b) After approval, package the item securely and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

c) Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service.

d) We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we're not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll send an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, contact our customer service.

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product, you will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delays in Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable amount of days, please:

a) Check your bank account again.

b) Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

c) Contact your bank; there might be a processing delay.

d) If you've done all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@asknursealice.com.
